The Workers' Compensation Trust of Illinois (WCTI) was established in 1981 with a goal of stabilizing workers' compensation costs on a long-term basis for safety managed Illinois manufacturers. The Trust enables participating manufacturing companies to pool their excellent loss results and self-insure their workers' compensation exposure.Members are committed to managing progressive safety programs and are actively involved in the fair and expedient management of claims. For over 25 years, they've shared the philosophy that their employees are their greatest asset and that a safe workplace is their highest priority. WCTI is the premier long-term solution for your workers' compensation needs. Members have enjoyed annual savings as much as 60% to 70% on workers' compensation costs. They are the owners of the program and ultimately control its management through participation on its Board of Trustees. CCMSI serves as the administrator of the Trust providing claims administration, underwriting, safety consultation and administrative services to members.
