VISION - a policy management, carrier and broker relationship database driven to capture all required policy information by carrier, coverage, effective date, etc. This application effectively manages both our association/program business and stand-alone self-insured/deductible clientele.
TOOLBAR - a multi-line claims management software application linked to the VISION data tables to insure quality claims handling within all policy requirements. This system is designed around adjuster workflow to insure increased accuracy and productivity of its users.
iCE (Internet Claims Edge) - an innovative web tool designed to give your organization complete, accurate and around-the-clock access to key client data in both the VISION and TOOLBAR applications. Additionally, this system has been expanded to allow on-line reporting of claims, processing requested endorsements or policy changes, viewing CCMSI loss control activity results/reports and many more client related features.
