Summary Text - View various demographics about claimant and a brief summary of their situation.
Financial Summary - View pie and bar charts for financial history made on a claimant. View what has been paid, outstanding reserve, recovered and total incurred on a monthly breakdown.
Notes and attachments - Depending on your level of security access, you can view a variety of notes and attachments relating to the claimant action plan and progress.
Client Dairies - Create reminders, short descriptions and assignments of critical tasks that provide effective claims management.
Transaction detail - Grasp a comprehensive breakdown of the payment transactions that include check number, bill and transaction amounts, status, and more. A scanned image of the medical bill, any related attachments, and the explanation of review (EOR) is also available.
