  • investigating all claims promptly
  • establishing a three-point contact (injured employee, employer and treating physician) within 24 hours for all indemnity claims
  • assigning specific claim representatives to each MADASIF member
  • providing efficient case and medical cost management
  • utilizing the Transitional Employment (light duty, return-to-work) Program
  • maintaining regular contact with each employer, regarding claim status, trial dates, settlement recommendations and return to work

iCE (Internet Claims Edge) - an innovative web tool designed to give your organization complete, accurate and around-the-clock access to your data. Additionally, this system has been expanded to allow on-line reporting of claims, processing requested endorsements or policy changes, viewing CCMSI loss control activity results/reports and many more client related features.
