The advantage is
clear.
With iCE, you have the ability to enhance and better manage your risk
management processes by utilizing the following analysis and reporting
features.
Initial Reporting
This module allows users to create,
edit or search Initial Report forms. iCE also has the ability to capture
information unique to your company. Once the initial report form is created, it
can then be saved for later editing or submitted for processing. If submitted
for processing, a claim number is immediately assigned and the data populates
our proprietary claims system. This process helps tremendously in reducing the
amount of transmission errors. iCE also gives you the ability to search
for an Initial Report, or view the 10 most recent incomplete, complete, or
report-only forms – saving valuable time.
Accident Report, built specifically
for our transportation clients, allows users to enter multiple employees,
vehicles and claimants in an easy to use, step-by-step process. It
automatically generates all claims necessary for all coverages. It then links
all claims to an occurrence, allowing users to search in iCE for all
claims associated to that accident. DOT data is also captured within Accident
Report and is available in the DOT module located in iCE.
Executive Summary
The Executive Summary module allows
users to view and customize their own high level risk management analysis.
Users can choose from our Total Incurred Summary, Open Claim Summary, and
Closed Claim Summary report options. Each of these Summary options have
multiple preset analysis to select from, and once selected, they are displayed
to the user in iCE’s unique four quadrant display area. Quadrants can
easily be moved in and out of Executive Summary based on your claims
analysis needs.
Claims Analysis
This module has a powerful and
flexible query capability that enables you to view claims in detail or at a
much broader level. The selected data can then be displayed in the following
ways:
Claim Summary - This reporting tool allows users to view claims in either one or two summary levels. The summary levels re made up of the variety of data elements tracked for each client's claims by CCMSI. Users also have the ability to drill down from the summary results, directly into claim detail grids for the given selection criteria.
Claim Grids - Users can select any of our pre-defined grids for their convenience (Basic Grid, Extended Grid, Notes Grid, Occurrence Grid) or can create their own Custom Grids that can be saved and shared with others.
Financial Analysis - This tool will show claim level financials as well as the overall financials for the given selection criteria. Included in these totals are the breakdown of the totals by payment class used by CCMSI.
Transaction Detail - Users seeking to view the transactional data behind the financials of the claim would use this reporting tool. From check number to payee to transaction status, it's all here.
Reserve Detail - Like the Transaction Detail, Reserve Detail lets users see the reserves for the claims in the user's selection criteria.
Report Delivery
Using MyReports, CCMSI’s new
enterprise reporting engine, our clients have the ability to create custom
reports to access their data, export that data to PDF or excel format, and
schedule delivery of their own custom-built reports directly to their email
inbox or to iCE. From loss runs to check registers, MyReports offers you
countless possible combinations of data for your analysis.
iCE also provides
access to static month-end data and/or enables you to run reports via “as of
dates.”
Static reports can be scheduled to run
on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. CCMSI will meet with you
to develop a distribution package that works best for your particular needs.
MyReports also allows you to run
managed care reports for Comp MC, CCMSI’s managed care program. You have
the ability to choose any number of reports from our library – such as PPO
penetration and/or savings by a specific location, penetration and/or savings
by state, or a composite for your entire program. For more information on Comp
MC, go to www.ccmsi.com/what_managedcare.
OSHA Reporting
This module takes much of the work out
of generating required OSHA logs. Claims data that was entered into the Initial
Report is compiled for the OSHA 300 (Log), 300-A (Summary) and 301 (Incident
Report) forms. No duplicate data entry process is required and logs may be
printed at anytime for any location.
ASAP Program
iCE also gives you access to the Account Servicing and Planning (ASAP)
Program, if applicable. This program tracks loss control activity by
consultant, location and services provided.
